Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior threatens the safety or comfort of others.

Payments for event access, wristbands, and reservations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of private event planning, refunds are typically not provided for:

• Cancellations by attendees
   
• Schedule conflicts
   
• Personal circumstances
   

If an event is canceled by Spice Tribe, attendees may receive:

• A credit toward a future event, or
   
• A refund at the organizer's discretion.
   

Discretion is essential within the lifestyle community.

Members agree to:

• Respect the privacy of all participants
   
• Not share personal information about other members without consent
   
• Not post photos, videos, or recordings from events without permission
   

Violation of privacy expectations may result in immediate removal from the community.

At certain events, photography or promotional content may be captured.

However:

• Consent is always prioritized
   
• Private areas are never photographed without permission
   
• Members may request to remain off camera
   

By attending events, you acknowledge the possibility of limited media use for promotional purposes while respecting member privacy.

By attending Spice Tribe events, you acknowledge that:

• You participate at your own risk
   
• Spice Tribe organizers, staff, and affiliates are not liable for personal actions, interactions, or agreements between members
   

Participants are responsible for their own safety, behavior, and decision-making.

Users agree not to misuse the Spice Tribe website or community platforms, including:

• Posting harmful, illegal, or offensive content
   
• Using the platform for solicitation or spam
